Standard shipping for small home decor items takes 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location and the white-glove service schedule.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, bedding and towels cannot be returned once opened, and custom-made furniture is final sale.
Do you offer assembly services for large items?
Yes, we offer professional assembly for an additional fee at checkout. Our 'Premium Delivery' option includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
